Pear Turnovers/Empanadas

We have been struggling with money.  Therefore we are on a budget.  I made this with what we have in our fridge & pantry.  If you have apples or cherries go ahead and substitute.
ingredients
*6 small  pears & washed, peeled, and cubed.
8 precooked flour tortillas(guerrero or any other brand)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon of oil and 1/2 cup of oil.
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 table spoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon flour
Optional 1/4 cup powder sugar or regular sugar.
8 wood cook skewers
Recipe
In a hot pan with butter & oil fry the pears for 2 mins.   Next, add cinnamon sugar and mix well and so it begins  get all goey.
Use another pan add oil. Put one spoon of pear filling and  do a taco folding.  Close with skewer.  Fry one by one. Sprinkle sugar on top as soon yo finish frying it. Lower stove temperatura if it gets too hot.
Finish ad enjoy.
